Online Retail Store Shipping Information
PLEASE NOTE: The shipping information listed below is for consumer (or “individual”) customers only. If you have a wholesale account, please scroll down to review your shipping options.

 

Shipping Policy
Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 2-3  business days, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto. ON. You will be notified of any out of stock items and its expected receipt date via e-mail. All orders will be shipped via UPS to American Addresses and via Canada Post, UPS or a third party Courier for Canadian Addresses.

Canadian Shipping Rates
All shipments within Canada will be shipped via either Canada Post, UPS or a third-party courier.

USA Shipping Rates
Due to recent changes in U.S. De Minimis regulations and the implementation of new tariff and customs requirements, all shipments entering the United States from Canada are now processed as formal entries. As a result, brokerage and clearance fees now apply to every shipment.

While our apparel is manufactured in Canada and remains USMCA compliant, these brokerage charges are unavoidable. For this reason, we are no longer able to offer free shipping to U.S.-based customers.

All applicable shipping and brokerage costs are calculated at checkout. There are no hidden charges — what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

International Orders

All prices and charges for international orders are listed and processed in USD.

Customers are solely responsible for any duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, VAT, or other fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

JERICO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or unpaid import charges.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our production and fulfillment process, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Backorder Policy
If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, your complete order will not be shipped to you until the backordered item(s) are in stock and available to ship.

 

Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for Canadian destination orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process.

 

Incorrect Address
If an order is not able to be delivered due to an error in inputting the shipping address - the cost of relocating and reshipping the garments is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any lost garments associated with incorrect address input will not be reimbursed.

 

Redirecting an Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

 



Wholesale/Dealer Shipping Information

Shipping Policy
Most in-stock orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time ship within 2 to 3 days, Monday thru Friday, depending on stock availability. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in TorontoON. You will be notified via e-mail of any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. We gladly offer other shipping options at your request, including sending items on your account.


Shipping Rates
All shipping costs are the recipient’s sole responsibility. Shipping charges are based on the weight of items being shipped and the terminal address. Freight estimates are provided online at the 'Billing and Shipping' page of our checkout process. The final freight charge may change if there are any post hoc changes to order quantities and/or changes to the delivery address. If you need any assistance in procuiring a freight estimate, please contact a Customer Service Representatives at 1.800 668 6443.


Backorder Policy
If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, you will be notified by one of our Customer Service Representatives and be given an option to ship all items complete (this may be cheaper but may also take longer) or ship items when they are available to ship (this may be faster but may also be more expensive). When you select to ship items as they are available, JERICO will ship all in-stock items immediately. Your backorder will not be shipped to you until all other items are available to ship. The cost of shipping backordered items is the sole responsibility of the recepient.

International Shipping
At the moment, we do not routinely offer shipping outside North America. Please contact a Customer Service Representative Manager if you would like to have an order shipped to an international address.  International orders require additional processing time due to documentation requirements. Any applicable duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid to the agency involved according to that agency’s  stipulation.

Return Policy

Return / Exchange Policy (End Users)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for an exchange or refund, provided the merchandise is in original, unworn condition and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Original Condition Requirement

All returned garments must be in original condition. Items must not have been worn, washed, decorated, altered, or otherwise mishandled. Garments that show signs of use, damage, decoration, or improper handling will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If returned merchandise is deemed by us to be mishandled or spoiled, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued.

Exclusions & Final Sale Items

Please note the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• All sale and clearance items
• Any limited edition item purchased on sale
• All custom or made-to-order items, due to the bespoke nature of our custom program
• All orders shipped to customers in the United States (USA), due to cross-border customs and brokerage constraints

Returns & Exchanges (Canada Only)

Please include your invoice with the returned merchandise so we can properly process your request. If you no longer have your invoice, we may be able to locate your order using the name, complete billing address, or the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

Return Time Frame

Once your return is received, please allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping and handling fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged if returned in original condition with the original invoice. For approved exchanges, we will waive shipping and handling on the replacement item.

Online Purchases

Please do not include additional forms of payment when sending items back for exchange. Any price difference will be charged or credited to the original payment method once the exchange is processed. Any additional payment methods sent with returns will not be processed and will be returned by mail.

 

Return/Exchange Policy (WHOLESALERS/DEALERS)

Returns

All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. There will be no cash refunds. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be authorized by JERICO. E-mail customerservice@jerico.ca in request of an RA number.

Defective merchandise must have tape beside the flaw.

Absolutely no returns on printed, washed, decorated or embroidered merchandise. Please inspect merchandise before printing.

All returns will be issued in form of account credit.
